CORC can tailor in person or online training for the specific needs of an organisation, produce training materials for your organisation's process or systems, or new courses can be developed for organisations based on established and tested tools and theory.
Typically, a tailored course would be developed in consultation with the organisation and key personnel. CORC will research and review the organisation's current activity, available materials, objectives, challenges faces and specific skills needs. We will then be able to design a training course and accompanying material most appropriate to the needs of the participants and the organisation's objectives.
For sections of the training which use case studies or role plays, material will be developed which either uses current examples of the organisation’s partnerships, or is adapted to ensure direct relevance to the participants work.
Please contact us to discuss tailored training options further at corc@annafreud.org or +44 (0)20 7443 2225.
Case studies
These are some examples of tailored training development working with members and partners:
We all know we need to have a more thought-through approach to engaging children and young people, and the session Rachael delivered gave our leadership team the time, space and steer to really reflect on that. It was encouraging to realise that there are some things we are already doing well and to see how, by applying the Lundy model consistently, we can do better in others.
